Currently, Mediterranean Artists ships domestically across the USA. We also offer shipping to Canada for an additional fee.

We will begin shipping to additional countries at a later date.

We're happy to offer FREE standard shipping for all orders in the US. 

Shipping fees to Canada typically average CA$22–43, depending on the destination and shipping method. Exact shipping rates and available options will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Applicable taxes* will also be displayed at checkout.

*We use Shopify Managed Markets program to support international orders and the calculation of applicable duties and taxes at checkout. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

All of our orders are dispatched within 7 business days.

Delivery times range from 2-12 business days depending on the destination. International shipments can occasionally experience customs or carrier delays outside of our control.

If you're not happy for any reason, you may exchange or return eligible Mediterranean Artists items within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Any delay caused by shipping carriers or customs will not qualify for a refund or claim with us.
